The DIR – 3 Web KYC is a mandatory Annual Compliance under the Companies Act, 2015 to verify the information of Individual holding Director Identification Number (DIN). Ministry of Corporate affairs has issued a notification on 31st December 2025 which shall be effective from 31st March 2026, changing the rules of filing DIR- 3 WEB KYC. As per this very individual holding DIN as on 31st March of the financial year, shall file KYC intimation in Form No. DIR – 3 KYC Web to the Central Government on or before the 30th June of the immediately following every three Consecutive financial year and Every individual holding DIN, in respect of any change in the Mobile Number, email Address or residential address shall submit form DIR – 3 KYC Web within 30 days from the date of such Change along with fees as prescribed
