The business bank account can be opened after incorporation of the company in India. The general documentation required for this purpose is:
• Certificate of Incorporation of India
• Memorandum & Articles of Association
• PAN card of the company
• Board resolution for opening a bank account and authorizing a signatory
• KYC of all directors (passport, address proof)
• Address proof of registered office
• Audited financials of parent foreign company (required by some banks)
